Always 0% of sales
Pricing that takes no cut of your tickets
You pay for the software, never a percentage of your revenue, and buyers pay you directly through your own Stripe account. Run as many events as you want from one account — your plan covers the total tickets you sell across all of them each quarter. Prefer no monthly fee? Pay as you go instead.

Every plan includes all features and unlimited events. Plans differ only in how many tickets you can sell each quarter — counted across every event and pooled for the whole period. Move up or down anytime, prorated.
Just getting started? Pay as you go
No monthly fee — just 75¢ per ticket sold, added at checkout. Perfect for one-off events. Switch to a plan once you're selling regularly — it's cheaper past about 100 tickets a quarter.
Do the per-ticket math
An organizer selling 1,000 tickets a month on the Venue plan pays about 5.9¢ per ticket in software.
Compare that to roughly 65–99¢ per ticket on flat-fee platforms, or several dollars a ticket on commission platforms that take a percentage of every sale. Because HaloGather is never in your money flow, there's nothing to mark up — your buyers pay the ticket price, and you keep it.
Pricing questions
Do you really take 0% of ticket sales?
Yes. Buyers pay through your own connected Stripe account, so the money never passes through us and we never mark up your buyers. We make money from the software plan or the flat per-ticket fee only — never a percentage of your revenue.
Can I run more than one event?
Yes — one account runs as many events as you want, at no extra cost. Your plan's ticket allowance is shared across all of them: it's based on the total number of tickets you sell during each subscription period, not on how many events you create.
What about Stripe's processing fees?
Stripe charges its standard card-processing fee directly on your account, the same as it would on any platform. That's Stripe's fee, not ours. You can choose to pass it on to buyers at checkout or absorb it.
Plan or pay-as-you-go — which should I choose?
Pay-as-you-go (75¢/ticket, no monthly fee) is best for a one-off or your first event. A quarterly plan is cheaper once you're selling regularly — past roughly 100 tickets a quarter, a plan wins.
What if I go over my quarterly ticket cap?
Your allowance is the total tickets you sell across all your events during the three-month subscription period, and it pools — so a big month can be balanced by a quiet one. If you're consistently near your cap, move up a plan in one click; changes are prorated against what you've already paid.
What happens if I cancel or my payment fails?
You keep access to your account — sign in to see past sales, your buyer list, and exports, and to scan and check in attendees for events you've already sold. Tickets people already bought stay valid. The only thing that pauses is selling new tickets, and only once your plan is no longer active. If a renewal payment simply fails, we keep your events selling while Stripe automatically retries the card, so a one-off decline won't interrupt a live event. If you go 24 months with no plan the account becomes dormant and sign-in is paused — but nothing is deleted, and you can still download your data or reactivate anytime. Resubscribe and selling resumes instantly.
Do my buyers' details belong to me?
Yes. You can see and export your full buyer list — name, email, and phone — anytime as a CSV. There's no middleman owning the relationship or marketing your attendees.
Can I sell on my own website?
Yes. Paste one snippet to embed checkout on your own site — WordPress, Squarespace, anything. The widget is isolated in a secure iframe, so it never touches your site's styling or your buyers' card data.
